Enzyme treatments for the underarms and the Brazilian area use enzymes to dissolve dull, dead skin, with brighteners added in targeted areas. Laser hair removal is also available, with sessions spaced several weeks apart.

A membership includes one service each month, for a chosen service type and area, and a fresh voucher is issued every month. If a member skips a month, the unused voucher carries forward. Memberships are billed monthly and may be paused or cancelled at any time with no fee. Members can redeem them at any Hello Sugar location, depending on availability, and can save up to 20% on services. Sign-up is available online or during an appointment. Additional areas require their own membership, priced at the member rate.
