The team includes hair stylists, a cosmetologist and an esthetician who performs facials at the salon. Prices vary depending on the service provider, so the price for the same service can differ between stylists.

Braiding is a major part of the menu, with knotless, box, tribal, lemonade and feed-in styles, crochet styles and natural hair braids. Extension work includes microlink installation, push-up tightening, I-tip installation and removal, tape-in extensions, sew-in weaves, frontals and wig installs. Lash clients can choose from classic, hybrid, volume, MegaVolume and freestyle sets, along with fills, lash lifts and removal. Color, highlights, keratin, Olaplex, strength treatments, relaxers and rod sets are also available, as are brow tinting, brow staining and brow lamination.

Booking takes some planning. Clients are asked to give 24 hours notice to reschedule or cancel, and no-shows or late cancellations are charged a fee. Three cancellations will block future online bookings. Deposits are required for large services, are non-refundable and can be moved to a new date once. Arriving 15 minutes or more late means rescheduling and paying a late fee. All sales are final, including gift cards and retail items. Children need a scheduled reservation, and animals are not permitted except service animals. Group reservations and private events must be booked at least one month ahead, and private appointments on Tuesdays carry an added fee. Listed hours are Wednesday 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Thursday 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Friday 6:00 AM to 5:00 PM and Saturday 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
