About REVELLEBot

REVELLEBot builds REVELLE, a free public directory that helps people find salons and beauty professionals and sends them to the business’s own booking page. It identifies itself with this user agent:

REVELLEBot/1.0 (+https://hellorevelle.com/bot)

What it reads

• Public pages of salon, suite and professional websites: team, location, services and contact pages.
• Business facts only: names, locations, services, prices and links to booking and social profiles.
• Every listing links back to the source and shows when it was last checked.

How it behaves

• Obeys robots.txt, including Crawl-delay.
• About one request per second per site, at most.
• Never crawls Instagram, TikTok or Facebook; it stores links only.
• Skips logins, carts, accounts and anything not public; no CAPTCHA solving or evasion.
• Content is not used to train AI models and is not resold.

Opt out or correct a listing

To stop crawling, add this to your robots.txt. To fix or remove a listing, use "Report a problem" on its page.
