By 2023 the studio offered more than twelve core services and hundreds of treatment protocols, along with national waxing certification classes it teaches.

Endermologie by LPG became the signature service in 2019. The studio describes it as an FDA-cleared, noninvasive treatment in which a motorized head compresses and kneads the skin and the tissue beneath it. The studio says it is not a weight loss treatment or medical care. Manufacturer research the studio cites reports smoother-looking cellulite in 93 percent of clients after 12 sessions, and the studio notes that individual results vary and this is not a guarantee.

Facials are customized at each appointment around the client's skin, concerns and needs, and begin with a consultation. Waxing covers the face and body, including underarms, brows, Brazilian and full body services, with a slower, fully explained first Brazilian wax for newcomers. Lash appointments begin with a consultation that uses imaging technology to suggest a style for the client's eye shape. Services are performed in a private studio setting for women and men.

The studio describes its approach as explaining what each service does and why, saying plainly when a treatment is not a good fit, and recommending only what suits the individual and what the studio can responsibly deliver. The studio also states that it welcomes Black women and clients of all skin tones and body shapes. Payment plans can be discussed at booking. CareCredit and Cherry financing are offered for eligible services, subject to approval, though the studio is not the lender. The studio focuses on informed decisions: it walks clients through what a treatment can and cannot do, suggests only what fits the individual, and is open when a service is not a good match.
