Threading is the main draw. The business offers single-area threading for the brows, upper and lower lip, chin, cheeks, forehead, neck and sideburns, along with full face and partial face packages. Waxing covers ears, nostrils, underarms, hands and legs. The business says it has been recognized as one of Pittsburgh's top threading destinations several times since 2020, and that more than 97% of clients leave 5-star Google ratings. Walk-ins are accepted, so an appointment is not required. Shadyside's summer hours (March 8 to December 31) run Tuesday to Saturday from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM and Sunday from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Its winter hours (January 1 to March 7) run Tuesday to Sunday from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and it is closed on Mondays.

Services are performed without harsh chemicals. Eyebrow threading uses a gentle method that does not touch the scalp.
