Because each service is timed and priced separately, the policies matter. Appointments can be rescheduled or cancelled online at least 24 hours ahead. Same-day cancellations and no-shows are charged 80% of the service price, and arriving more than 15 minutes late cancels the appointment with the same 80% charge. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable, and service sales are final with no refunds.
