Facials come in three lengths: a 30-minute intermission, a 60-minute main act and a 90-minute grand finale. Every facial is all-inclusive, with peels and dermaplaning included and no add-on charges. The velvet acne program pairs bi-weekly treatments with a homecare routine, and the studio says most clients clear in about 90 days on it.

Clients outside the area can book a virtual skin consult. The esthetician reviews the skin concern and ships a homecare routine to the client. The studio describes itself as offering real results without upselling.

The shop sells Face Reality, GLYMED and KRX products online, including a gentle gel cleanser, a sulfur spot treatment, a mandelic acid serum and an acne treatment.
