Walk-ins are welcome, though appointments are recommended to secure a preferred time and service. Clients can book online or by phone, and some openings are not shown online. Several services can be booked in one visit by telling the front desk, and standing appointments can be set for preferred days and times. Clients who are running late should call as soon as possible, since a service may need to be shortened. Spa clients are asked to arrive 15 minutes early for a facial or massage, and every guest is given a robe or smock to protect clothing. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times. Hair color is done in Goldwell, Schwarzkopf and Redken Shades. Ammonia-free and natural color options can be arranged with advance notice. Highlights typically grow out in about 5 to 8 weeks, and the salon suggests touch-ups about every 6 weeks. Corrective color and some highlight and extension services require a consultation first. Hair extensions include tape-in, weft, hand-tied, K-tip and I-tip styles, plus move-ups; each set is customized for the guest and begins with a complimentary consultation, and extension prices are not quoted over the phone. Texture services include perms and relaxers, and treatments include keratin, Brazilian Blowout, Keratin Express and deep conditioning.

The spa side offers facials, massage and medspa treatments. Facials are generally recommended every 4 to 6 weeks. The Ann Arbor location offers an Eminence organic custom facial in 30, 60 or 90 minute versions. At Novi, the full spa menu includes Swedish massage, prenatal massage and brow and lash services. Clients booking waxing are asked to avoid retinol, tretinoin and acne medications for 5 to 7 days beforehand, and to let hair grow to about a quarter inch.

The professionals take regular education with leading brands and educators, and several stylists teach for brands including Goldwell and CombLine.
