Facials include the Acne Rehab program, which the salon says is built on the Face Reality method and led by a certified acne expert. Extractions are added at no charge if a session needs more time. According to the salon, committed clients are usually clear in about 90 days. A shorter Blemish Control Facial, with blue LED light therapy, is designed for breakout-prone skin. Hydrafacials are offered in several versions, including a back treatment done face down in a spa wrap.

Brow lamination sets brow hairs in a chosen direction and is semi-permanent. It is available alone or with a wax and tint, and a maintenance visit around the four-week mark adds a wax, tint and Olaplex treatment. A free patch test for lamination must be booked 24 to 48 hours ahead. The Korean lash lift with tint takes about 35 minutes, and the salon says results last 6 to 8 weeks. A free lash lift patch test must be completed at least 24 hours before the appointment. Lash extension removal is also offered.

Spray tans begin with a short consultation to choose a shade that suits the client's skin tone, and a bridal spray tan trial is recommended two to four weeks before a wedding. Makeup services include applications for homecoming or prom, Halloween looks, bridal trials and one-on-one personal lessons. Korean head spa options range from 60 to 95 minutes, with or without a facial or blow out. Waxing uses hard wax for most services, from small areas to full back and Brazilian waxes.

Product pickup is free and by appointment because the studio is locked between visits; payment is taken at pickup. Two consultations are offered: a 20-minute video Screen Test for $25 and a 30-minute in-person Audition for $30 that includes a written homecare routine. Both fees go toward a product order or treatment booked within 30 days. Cancellations need at least 5 hours' notice, and no-shows are charged 50% of the booked services.
