Muscle release work is paced to keep pain within a manageable range, and the team uses a variety of methods to manage pain, reduce tissue stress during a session and support recovery. Relaxation treatments aim to quiet the mind and ease tension, especially through the neck and shoulders.

Massage menu: Bliss massages are relaxation-focused and not meant for chronic pain or corrective work. The 60-minute Bliss is 75 minutes total with a 15-minute Salt Cave session at $125, and the 90-minute version is 1 hour 45 minutes at $185. The 30-minute Bliss is 45 minutes total at $65. Restore massages are therapeutic and target two or three acute or chronic problem areas; the 60-minute version is 75 minutes including a 15-minute infrared sauna wrap at $125, and the 90-minute is $185. Basalt is a 90-minute hot stone massage with a 15-minute Salt Den session, 1 hour 45 minutes total, at $185.

Body rituals and other treatments: Reset is a hands-on, light-touch body ritual rather than massage, offered at 30, 60 and 90 minutes for $65, $125 and $185. It combines methods such as micro-myofascial release, craniosacral work, lymphatic drainage, Meridian Line, body mapping, vagal nerve therapy and energy work. Transformational treatments Aura, Renew and Nirvana combine classic massage with Ayurvedic techniques and enhancements; Aura adds crystals and chakra work, Renew is a 2-hour session with wind-down time and extras from head to toe, and Nirvana uses technology within massage and body rituals. The Mukha Facial is a 60-minute Ayurvedic-inspired treatment for the face, scalp, neck and upper shoulders at $130. It does not include extractions, peels or customized products.

Pain management and technology: Pain Buster is a 60-minute corrective treatment for chronic pain and extreme tension at $155, covering one area per visit with red light, a 30-minute automated cupping session and 1000 SoftWaves; at least three sessions are suggested for best relief. Myofascial Decompression is a device-based therapy using infrared crystal and cupping with minimal touch, not hands-on massage, at $60. SoftWave is a sound wave therapy used on one area per session, usually over several visits, for back, knee, shoulder and neck pain, shin splints, plantar fasciitis, jumper's knee, foot pain and inflammation; sessions run about 10 to 15 minutes and use 500 to 2000 waves depending on severity and comfort.
