Services take place in a private suite that is clean and professional. The owner, Courtney Holzweiss, wants every client to feel welcome, safe and free of judgment.

The facial menu starts with a Mini Facial, a shorter version of the Essentials Facial without massage. The Essentials Facial is a customized 60-minute treatment that includes a double cleanse, exfoliation, massage, a mask, and finishing serums and moisturizers. Products are chosen after the skin is analyzed, with concerns such as hydration, acne or hyperpigmentation in mind. The Firming Facial is a 75-minute option aimed at fine lines, wrinkles and dull skin, with a 30-minute tightening mask and an optional massage for the shoulders, hands, arms or scalp. A Back Facial covers cleansing, exfoliation and a back massage.

For brows, options run from a quick clean-up and tint to shaping with mapping, and a hybrid stain that darkens the brow hairs and the skin beneath them. Brow Lamination is designed for unruly brows and combines waxing, tweezing, trimming and either a tint or the hybrid stain. For lashes, clients can choose a tint, a lift without tint, or a lift with tint. Clients are asked not to wear contacts for lash lift services. A DUO option pairs a lash lift and tint with a brow wax and tint in one hour.

Waxing covers the face, body and legs, from a lip or chin wax up to a full leg wax. Hair should be about a quarter inch long before waxing for the bikini, extended bikini and leg services. Brazilian clients are asked to shower and exfoliate 24 hours beforehand and wear loose clothing. A Maintenance Brazilian is available for clients who have less than six weeks of growth since their last wax booked with the business.

Clients can request an appointment time online and should receive a response within 24 hours. The studio is open Monday from 4:00 pm to 8:30 pm and on Saturday and Sunday from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, and it is closed Tuesday through Friday. Free public parking is on the left side of the building, and there is a handicap accessible entrance on the right. From the main entrance, go down a short hallway and turn right; suite 4 has a bench outside for waiting.
