The lash menu covers volume, wispy and natural sets, along with Premium Korean Keratin Lash Lifts. Lash lifts last about 6 to 8 weeks and need nourishing and brushing between visits, and fills are usually booked every two weeks. Clients who are coming from another lash studio book a New Client Fill so their previous extensions can be assessed. A consultation can be booked before a first full set.
Brow services include shaping and design, brow tinting, brow lamination and facial waxing. Brow tints typically last about 2 to 3 weeks, and clients are advised to rebook every 4 to 6 weeks. A brow stain is also offered as a longer-lasting, quicker option that uses different ingredients from a tint. Permanent brows include microblading, powder brows, nano brows and combo brows, and lip blush is offered as a semi-permanent lip color and shape treatment.
A permanent brow appointment takes about 2.5 to 3 hours and includes consultation, shaping, color choice and pigmentation. Most permanent brow work is done over two appointments about 6 to 12 weeks apart, and full healing takes roughly 6 to 8 weeks. Nano brows last about 1.5 to 3 years, and microblading or nano brows cannot cover heavily saturated older brow work, so prior work is ideally faded or removed first. Consultations are complimentary.
Permanent jewelry is made in 14 carat gold filled or sterling silver, in necklace, bracelet, anklet and charm styles. Sessions are booked through a request form, which is reviewed within 1 to 2 business days. A session starts at 30 minutes and covers up to two pieces, with 15 minutes added for each extra piece, and welding takes about 10 to 20 minutes. Permanent jewelry is offered to children 10 and older, and anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Policies include a charge of 50% for cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice, and 100% for no-shows and same-day cancellations. Clients are asked to arrive 5 minutes early, and arriving more than 15 minutes late can mean rescheduling and a no-show charge. Lashes arriving with makeup on incur a $5.00 cleansing fee. Clients using retinol, tretinoin or spironolactone are asked to stop at least a week before a wax. Pets and children are not permitted in the studio, except trained assistance animals. Metered parking is in the lot beside the studio, and free city parking requires a short walk.
