Medi spa services are performed by medically trained estheticians working under the oversight of a medical director, Dr. Gary Mendese. The business says its team includes board-certified dermatologists, estheticians, stylists and massage therapists, and that it uses state-of-the-art facilities, high-end equipment and the latest technology.

Visits usually start with a face-to-face consultation, which prospective clients can request through the website before booking. Facials are generally booked about once a month, with more frequent sessions possible for acne or hyperpigmentation, and each facial includes a massage for neck and back tension. Medical-grade skincare products and equipment are used in facials. Lash extensions take about two hours and are recommended every two weeks, eyelash fills every two to three weeks, and haircuts run 45 minutes with a suggested return every four to six weeks. Clients can combine a massage with a facial, manicure, pedicure or makeup application.

The business also offers financing, gift cards and skincare products; products are nonrefundable unless damaged when opened, and service packages cannot be transferred. A valid credit card is required to book, cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice, same-day cancellations and missed appointments are charged the full scheduled price, and arrivals more than 10 minutes late may need to reschedule. Payment is due at the time of service, and guests are asked to silence phones and plan child-free visits.
