According to the studio, its mission centers on beauty, comfort, knowledge and personal attention.

Skin care is the core of the menu. A skin care consultation is offered at no charge and includes a professional consultation and personalized product recommendations. Facials are offered as 60 or 90 minute custom sessions, along with a 75 minute SWiCH Signature Facial, an Oxygen RX Treatment, and an Oxygen with LED that combines a Cocoa Enzyme Mask, the Oxygen RX Mask and customized LED light therapy. LED treatments run 30 minutes, can be booked alone, or can be added to another facial.

The studio describes its SWiCH Dermal Rejuvenation System as an alternative to chemical peels, and says SWiCH is indicated for aging skin, mature skin, hyperpigmentation, and clients over 37.

Waxing and tinting make up the rest of the menu. Waxing uses an Italian wax with 98% natural ingredients that is Colophony free, and results last three to six weeks. Lash and brow tints use custom-blended colors and last three to four weeks. Eyes 2 Envy combines lash tinting, brow tinting and brow shaping in one visit.

Treatments take place in a private, clean room, and clients have a waiting area before and after their appointment. A retail area sells professional skin care products, and gift cards are available. Appointments can be booked online at any time. Parking is available in the lot behind the building and in two non-metered spaces on Central Avenue in front.

Healthy skin is treated as a matter of balance and consistency, with each client building a plan that makes regular self care a priority.
