Booking is done online, and questions can be sent by email or social media before an appointment. Intake forms arrive by email when booking and should be completed before arrival. Changes need at least 24 hours' notice; late cancellations or missed appointments may be charged up to 50% of the scheduled service. Guests without appointments are not accepted, and children are welcome only with a booked appointment. Payment is due when services are performed and can be made by cash, card, or Venmo.
