Every treatment begins with a consultation and a fixed price that stays the same once the client agrees to it. Clients receive a written treatment plan, and where it fits, protocols are spread over several visits. Neuromodulator results are checked two weeks after treatment and the plan is adjusted from there. Pre- and post-treatment care is explained in person before the client leaves the studio. Filler and larger laser areas are priced after a consultation.

The menu covers neuromodulators for forehead, brow and eye lines, hyaluronic acid dermal filler for areas such as the lips, cheeks, chin, smile lines and marionette lines, and RF microneedling for tone, texture, fine lines, acne scarring and pore size. Light-based options include IPL and a combined IPL and Frax 1550 treatment aimed at sun damage, brown spots, redness, rosacea and texture. Laser hair removal with the OMNI laser is priced by area, from the upper lip to full legs. Medical facials, Glacé and Glo₂Facial, are hydro-exfoliation treatments with a barrier-repair step, done in the studio. Physician-grade Epicutis and Alastin products are sold for home use.

Payment and booking terms are set out clearly. Cherry payment plans are offered for a single treatment, with no hard credit check to apply and 0% APR plans subject to eligibility. No deposit is currently required, but a card must be on file to book. Cancelling within 48 hours of an appointment, or rescheduling within that window, carries a $100 fee charged to the card on file. Clients with more than one cancellation or reschedule may be asked for a non-refundable deposit equal to the full service amount at booking, and a no-call, no-show carries a $100 fee plus a non-refundable deposit at the next booking.
