The surgical center next to the main office is newly built and has two operating theatres, two preparation rooms and four recovery bays, with an anesthesiologist on staff. Some procedures may cost less there because of lower facility fees. Surgeries are also performed at several hospitals and surgery centers across Riverside and the Inland Empire.

A visit usually begins with a consultation covering medical history, goals and, for liposuction, skin elasticity. Virtual consultations are open to new and current patients considering cosmetic procedures. They need a stable internet connection and a camera-equipped computer, tablet or smartphone, and patients may send photos, medical history and a list of concerns beforehand. A follow-up in-person visit may be recommended afterward. For breast surgery, implant simulators may be used during consultation to help patients picture possible results.

Care continues from the first consultation through recovery. Before surgery, patients are asked to stop smoking and blood-thinning medications two weeks ahead, stop alcohol about a week ahead, avoid eating and drinking for eight hours, and remove body piercings and makeup on the day. Most elective procedures take one to four hours. Patients generally cannot drive themselves home and are advised to have someone stay with them for 24 hours. Family may join before surgery to speak with the surgeon and anesthesiologist, and may rejoin in a recovery bay afterward.

Financing is available to qualifying patients, and the practice accepts CareCredit for cosmetic procedures. Other financing partners listed are Prosper Healthcare Lending and Alphaeon Credit. The practice can coordinate with patients' hospitals and primary care physicians.
