Tinq Rich Collection is run by owner and artist Tinq Rich, who works as a master colorist and specializes in wigs, extensions, cuts and color.

The menu covers color from partial foils and full-head foil services to extraction for removing oxidative color, along with double process and single process color. Cutting includes trims and texturizing, and styling ranges from silk presses and softwaves to flat iron styling and event hairstyles that can be customized for weddings and galas. Clients also come for relaxer touch-ups and extension and weave work, including braidless micro-link sew-ins, crochet installs and bonded or sewn-in weaves.

Wig and hairpiece work is a major part of the business. Custom wig units are made to each client's exact head measurements and usually take three to four weeks. The studio also installs bald caps, base braids, and lace frontals, and offers wig maintenance covering inspection, cleaning, conditioning and styling. Clients range from theatre performers to working professionals.

The shop sells its own EdgeTamer and Edge Tamer Kit, along with satin pillowcases and a satin wrap. Online orders ship within 48 hours of confirmed purchase, or in three to five business days for custom and sale orders. Shipping is a flat rate, and orders over $40 ship free. All sales are final, and items are replaced only if defective or damaged.

Works from a customized service plan for each client and makes wig units to individual head measurements.
