The salon describes its atmosphere as fast-paced and fun. Complimentary consultations let clients sit down with the artist of their choice to talk through their hair goals and how to get there. Extension consultations cost $45, include a color match, and the deposit goes toward future extension work. Extensions must be purchased through Aurora, and women's haircuts with extensions are booked by consultation only.

Blowouts are not included with color services. Clients can add a professional blowout to a color appointment for $75, choose the self-service blow dry station, or leave their hair wet. Pricing for cuts depends on length and density, so the salon gives an exact quote at a consultation or at the service. Color correction and fantasy color are priced by the hour and begin with a consultation.

Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours ahead. Later cancellations are charged 50% of the service fee, and no-shows or cancellations within 3 hours are charged the full fee, non-refundable. Clients who arrive more than 15 minutes late may have their service honored at the technician's discretion. Completed services and gift cards are not refundable, but adjustments can be requested within two weeks of a first appointment, and additional charges may apply.
