Appointments can be booked online through the salon's website. Every visit starts with a personalized consultation about the client's goals, hair texture and lifestyle. Signature haircut reservations include that consultation, a shampoo and conditioning, a haircut and styling. Signature haircuts are priced by hair length and density rather than gender, and overall prices vary with hair length, density and stylist level.

The team is organized into levels. Junior stylists are moving from the apprentice program to Level 1 and offer a limited menu. Level 1 and Level 2 stylists, who have at least one year of experience, are a more cost-effective choice than Senior or Master stylists. Level 3 stylists, with at least three years of experience, handle customized cutting and coloring and advanced work such as extensive color projects and color corrections, and they mentor Level 1 stylists. Levels 4 and 5 are the salon's leaders and mentors.

The salon builds each service around the health of the client's hair first, and it partners only with brands committed to healthy, nourished hair. Active and retired military members and veterans receive 10% off all services with a military or veteran ID at the appointment. Gift cards are available. The salon is open Monday from 9 AM to 5 PM, Tuesday through Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM, and Saturday from 8 AM to 6 PM, and is closed on Sundays.
