Clients can book online through Vagaro or simply walk in. Hours are 10am to 7pm Monday through Friday and 10am to 6pm on Saturday and Sunday. Listed prices are starting prices, and the final cost can vary with hair length, texture, thickness or the level of the stylist performing the service. A cash discount is offered, and clients can ask about it at the salon.

Cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice to avoid a charge. Cancellations or reschedules made later than that are charged 50% of the scheduled service, due when rebooking, and a no-show without notice is charged the full service price when the next appointment is booked. Clients who are unhappy with a service can contact the salon within 48 hours, and corrective work is offered within two weeks of the original visit. Not every service qualifies, and charges may apply in some cases. The guarantee does not cover a change in the style or color originally requested, and after 48 hours, or if the hair was worked on elsewhere first, corrective work is charged at the full price. Monetary refunds are not given for services. Retail products may be exchanged if a client is not satisfied, but exchanges do not apply to services.
