Visits start at the Elm Street entrance, across from Sephora, and the second-floor salon is reached by elevator. Bethesda Metro's Red line station is about three blocks away. Parking is available in the Bethesda-Elm Parking Garage, the Vend at Bethesda Row lot and the Colonial Parking Garage. The Bethesda-Elm garage is metered, accepts card or ParkMobile, and is free on Sundays and federal holidays. Hours are Monday to Friday 8:30 AM to 9 PM, Saturday 9 AM to 5 PM and Sunday 10 AM to 5 PM.

Prices are listed as starting points and can vary by stylist level, toner and treatments. The published prices reflect the entry level, and the salon has six stylist levels. A small sustainability fee is added to every ticket at checkout. The salon is a Green Circle Salon and says it recycles up to 95% of its materials, including bottles, foils, hair and leftover color.

Bridal work covers the bride, the bridesmaids and flower girls, with hair and makeup done at the salon or off-site at a home or hotel.
