Hair services include precision and curly cuts, signature blowouts, elegant updos, and color ranging from COLOR.ME gloss and gray coverage to balayage, highlights and double process. The salon uses COLOR.ME by KEVIN.MURPHY, an ammonia-free color line whose formula includes shea butter, honey and pomegranate, and it calls itself a Kevin Murphy color salon. A consultation is required before any color service. Fashion color and color correction are priced hourly according to the stylist's expertise, need a consultation first, and are not offered on weekends. Keratin treatments include Keratin Complex, Cezanne and Brazilian Blowout, and the salon also offers CALECIM, a hair loss treatment it describes as stem cell-derived and built on PTT-6 growth factors.

Pricing is by hair length: The Invisible Collection partial volume runs from $495 to $695, while extreme length runs from $2,100 to $3,100. Reapplications are priced separately.

Bridal work is a major focus. The Bridal Lounge is a private setting with champagne and light bites. Hair and makeup trials are $175 each and are offered Tuesday to Thursday by appointment only. The Bridal Hair and Makeup Trial, at $350, includes a three-hour consultation and up to four hairstyle options. Full bridal days range from $250 for hair or makeup alone to $500 for hair and makeup together at the Bridal Lounge. Bridal Concierge includes a personal beauty consultation and in-home setup, with travel time and product cost included within 30 miles of Northwest Washington. Clients further away may pay extra for airfare, hotel and other accommodations. Concierge reservations can be made up to three months ahead and require deposits. The salon says it was recognized as Best Bridal Hair Destination in Modern Luxury's Best of the City 2026.

Nail care relies on OPI and CND spa products, offered in waterless or gel versions. The Brazilian manicure and pedicure shapes cuticles by trimming them rather than pushing them back. Each nail station is sanitized once a client leaves, and disposable implements are swapped out for every manicure, pedicure and Brazilian manicure. Lash extensions come in classic, hybrid and volume styles, made with synthetic mink lashes and adhesives suited to sensitive eyes, and lash lifts are available as well. Brow options include lamination, waxing, henna and microblading. Waxing is offered as Brazilian, hard, organic, sugar, or a version for sensitive skin.
