Jen is a co-owner of Aurora and its Senior Artistic Designer for color. She is one of the salon's founders and created its signature color apprenticeship program.

Jen trained for years in New York City and has over a decade of experience. She is one of DC's early pioneers of balayage and specializes in balayage and color. She has personally trained every colorist on the salon floor.

Her continuing education includes L'Oreal Professional Academy, Arrojo, The Redken Exchange, Wella and KAO Academy.
