Services range from barber cuts and beard trims to braids, cornrows, twists and locs, with color, hair treatments, silk presses and other special haircare. A separate menu covers children ages 4 to 12.

Booking can be done online at any time, and the salon confirms appointments by email or text. A 50% deposit is charged to a credit card at booking and applied to the service total at checkout, and deposits are non-refundable. Intricate styles, updos and loc styles need photos sent by text before the appointment, along with your name, date and appointment time. Specialty locs and braids such as faux locs, instant locs, microloc retie and loc extensions start with a consultation. Crochet braids, faux locs, marley twists, passion twists and spring twists require the client to supply the hair. Listed starting prices can change based on hair length, density, the complexity of the service and the overall condition of the hair.

Cancellations need at least 48 hours notice, given by text or by calling 202-832-3157. A cancellation made that far ahead has its deposit credited to the client's salon account. Cancellations with less notice carry a fee equal to the 50% deposit, and a no-show is charged the full service fee, with any deposit applied toward it. Clients who are unhappy with a style should contact the salon within 24 hours so a follow-up appointment can be scheduled. Hair services and other purchases are non-refundable, and products are final sale. A $15 late fee is listed among the charges. The salon is open Tuesday through Friday and on Sunday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, and on Saturday from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm. It is closed on Mondays and major holidays.
