The salon aims to build styles that fit each client's lifestyle and hair goals, using methods it describes as healthy. Services range from locs, microloc work, loc extensions and instant locs to knotless braids, cornrows, twists, sew-ins, crochet installs and wig placement, plus color, Redken and Hydrasilk treatments, silk presses, and the DE STS Express Smoothing System. Prices are listed as starting prices and can rise with hair length and density, and an upcharge applies when extra time is needed to detangle hair before a service. Bookings are made through the salon's GlossGenius site, and an ask-us-a-question form is available on the contact page. The salon is open Monday to Thursday 10 AM to 5 PM, Friday 10 AM to 7 PM, Saturday 9 AM to 5 PM, and closed Sunday. Clients have a 10-minute grace period. Arriving later can lead to a cancellation or a no-show or late cancellation fee, and arriving past the grace period without at least one hour's notice carries a $25 late fee at checkout. Cancellations or reschedules are asked to be made at least 48 hours ahead. Card payments are preferred, including phone taps; the salon does not keep cash, so change may not be available. Gratuity is not included in prices but is appreciated. Guests should not bring extra guests, including children, unless they are being serviced.
