New clients begin with a 30-minute New Client Consultation, which can be done virtually or in person. It is used to look at hair health and talk through the style a client wants, and clients are asked to bring photos. The consultation costs $20 and takes a $10 deposit. It is required before many services, including cuts, press and curl, twists, locs, extensions and color.

The menu runs from color and highlights to wash-and-style services such as roller sets, Wash & Go and finger coils, along with silk presses, traditional presses, twists, locs, cornrows and extensions. The portfolio shows examples of silk press, flat twists, finger coils, Wash & Go, locs, sew-in and micro-link extensions, and color work.

Bookings carry some policies to know in advance. A 20% fee applies to no-shows and to cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment. Many services also list a deposit, often $20, or $50 for color and relaxer services.
