Clean hair is requested for weaving and non-trichology appointments, and very thick or coarse hair may carry a $45 charge for shampoo and blow dry. New weave clients are encouraged to pay a deposit to confirm their appointment, and deposits, along with regular clients, receive priority scheduling. Hair orders are placed about two weeks ahead, and appointments with hair ordered less than a week out are held as standby until it arrives. Custom orders can take 7 to 60 business days, and same-day customization carries a $40 fee that should be arranged in advance. Late rush wig orders placed less than a week ahead carry a $75 fee.

Pricing is customized per client, and prices are subject to change. All sales are final. Cancelling less than 48 hours before a wig or weave install may require paying 80 to 100 percent of the balance, and arriving more than 30 minutes late may lead to rescheduling or a late fee of up to $75. Services are not offered to clients with topical or food allergies. After a glue application, the salon advises avoiding heavy sweating or wetting the edges for the first 48 hours, and recommends maintenance every 2 to 6 weeks for the best results.

Work is tailored to each client, starting with a consultation or assessment to match services to hair loss or weaving needs. Restoration programs generally run from 6 months to a year, depending on how severe the hair loss is.
