Color is the core of the work, from base and full color to toner, color correction, highlights, baby-lights and balayage or foilayage. Brands used include L'Oreal Professionnel, Redken Shades EQ, Wella, Goldwell, Schwarzkopf and Malibu C. Treatments such as Oribe or Olaplex and a Malibu Color Prep can be added to a service or booked on their own. Hair extensions are consultation-based, because the consultation confirms whether a client is a good fit. The salon offers sewn-in, hand-tied, micro ring, invisible, tape, iTip and halo methods, and says it has offered extensions since 2008. Extensions are 100% human hair, come in more than 50 preset colors, and can be custom colored strand by strand. Chin length is the shortest length the salon says will blend simply. Extension courses include a demo class at $550 and a hands-on training class at $800, with a starter kit and a month of email or phone guidance. Eyelash extensions come in four levels: Enhance, Glamour, Luxe and Lavish. Touch-ups are priced by level and by the number of weeks since the full set, and a touch-up applies when half or more of the set remains. The salon works primarily by appointment and welcomes walk-ins when availability allows. New clients are asked to book a consultation, and new clients or those who have been away six months or more complete an intake form with hair photos, a goal photo and a two-year hair history. Requests can be made online, by phone, by email or through Instagram direct message. A credit card secures every booking, a deposit goes toward the final total, and services are final sale. Changes or cancellations need 48 hours' notice, and inside that window a fee of 50% of the scheduled service applies. Hours are Tuesday to Friday, 10 AM to 7 PM, with selected Mondays and Saturdays and closed Sundays.

Consultation-first, with an intake form and hair history for new clients so that the right service and timing can be confirmed before booking. Color is built around L'Oreal Professionnel as the primary line.
