Booking is available online through the studio's website or its GlossGenius page, and no consultation is needed before you book. A free 15-minute consultation is listed for talking through color ideas, goals and upkeep, and the stylist confirms the final price during that consultation before any work begins. Some prices are listed as a starting amount because length, density and time vary. The studio is open Tuesday through Saturday and there is street parking along La Jolla Blvd and nearby side streets.

The menu covers dimensional color, gloss and toner, single process and global process color, corrective color, and grey coverage, as well as balayage, partial and full highlights, and custom blonding. Bleach and tone is offered for an all-over blonde, and extensions can be installed, moved up or blown out. Blowouts, bridal styling, clipper cuts and a smoothing treatment for sleek, frizz-free hair round out the list.

Clients can take home the product line the studio uses in the chair. Late arrivals should be communicated as early as possible; arriving more than 15 minutes late may mean a shortened service or a reschedule. Changes to appointments need 48 hours' notice.
