Blonding comes in four levels. Micro uses six to eight foils around the hairline and part and costs $120. Minimal is a partial highlight focused on the part and hairline at $175, and the salon describes it as its most popular blonding service. Full highlights hair all over the head with emphasis on the back hairline and the top, at $240. Maximum covers most or all of the hair and includes full balayage, at $320. Every blonding service includes toning, a haircut and styling in its timing and price.
Color services include an all-over demi-permanent or permanent color applied from roots to ends with a haircut and style for $140, and a root retouch covering up to one inch of regrowth for $115. A tone or gloss with a cut is $115 and is usually booked between blonding appointments; toners and glosses typically last about 20 shampoos. Vivid colors are priced at $85 per hour and are booked after a consultation. Haircuts include Haircut and Style at $75 (one hour, with shampoo, cut, blow dry and style), Express Cut at $45 (30 minutes, either a wash and cut or a dry cut and style), and Dusting at $30, a cut-only four-week maintenance trim for clean, dry, straight hair with no styling.
Nail services include gel polish manicures at $45, builder gel manicures at $60, Gel X sets at $60, full acrylic sets at $70 and acrylic rebases at $55. Nail art is $1 per minute, and the final price depends on the complexity of the design and how long it takes. Clients can ask about having their nails done while their color is processing.
Cancellations and reschedules need 24 hours' notice; a shorter notice brings a $25 fee per service cancelled, due before a new appointment is booked. Clients generally have a 10-minute grace period for late arrivals, and late clients may need a shorter appointment, so calling ahead is requested. Problems with a cut or color reported within seven days of the visit are corrected at no extra charge. Gift cards range from $30 to $500. Retail products can be exchanged for full credit within 60 days of purchase, and salon products can be bought online through a partnership with Salon Interactive, which ships them. The online selection is broader than what is stocked in the salon.
