Visits are built around personalized looks that suit each client's identity and daily life. For new color clients and major color changes, a Color Consult is recommended; it runs 30 minutes or more and is listed starting at no charge. Color Correction and Creative Color also begin with a consultation before booking.

The salon is open Tuesday and Wednesday from noon to 8 PM, and Thursday through Saturday from 10 AM to 6 PM, and is closed on Mondays and Sundays. Booking is available for in-person visits, and Buy Now, Pay Later is an option for bookings between $50 and $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment.
