Every visit starts with a pre-service consultation covering hair history, what the client likes and dislikes, current hair care and the result they want. Recommendations are based on what will suit the client's hair and daily life. Stylists also suggest products, tools and styling techniques for home care between appointments. The salon says it uses professional-grade products from partner brands, and its self-care page notes a small commission on some recommended items. Stylists may decline a service when needed, and guests who turn out to be ineligible are not charged for the visit. Stylists do not diagnose or treat scalp or skin conditions, and clients with complications are referred to a physician. Guests should disclose relevant conditions during the consultation.

Color and foiling covers root touch-ups, dimensional blondes and brunettes, lived-in color, vivid transformations and corrective color work. Cutting and styling includes precision cuts, razor cuts, natural texture work, trims and everyday styling. Extensions are customized, from subtle enhancement to a major change, with attention to blending and upkeep. Vivids and pastels include high-impact color, soft pastels and custom blends. Grey blending works with natural grey through color placement and toning, and requires a consultation before booking. Scalp care uses professional treatments aimed at buildup, dryness and overall scalp health, and can be added to a regular appointment or booked as part of a customized treatment plan. Specialty services include a personalized styling tutorial and a micro headshot session, which can be added to a styling appointment.

Appointments are preferred, and walk-in availability cannot be guaranteed. A valid credit card is required to reserve an appointment. Cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice; later cancellations are charged 50% of the reserved service, and no-shows are charged the full service amount. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may lead to a cancellation fee or a different service at the stylist's discretion. Service times are not extended for late arrivals, and partial refunds are not issued for them.
