The salon describes its aim as a relaxed, upscale space that also supports stylists with education, growth and a healthy balance between work and life. It says kindness, comfort and professionalism are part of every visit, and that transparency and trust are what it works toward with clients.

A visit starts with a consultation covering hair goals, timeframe, budget, hair health and any other needs, and clients can email inspiration photos ahead of time. Services begin with a shampoo and scalp massage. Guests can choose a drink, from coffee and tea to sparkling water and wine, with a mimosa possible on Saturdays, and a rotating selection of snacks is offered. A processing area has magazines, charging outlets and free wifi.

Before leaving, the stylist explains how to style and care for the result, including the products, tools and when to return. Visits end with after-service photos and booking the next appointment.
