The hair menu covers cuts for kids, men and women, a Ouidad Carve and Slice cut, color from toner and root color through highlights, balayage and corrective color, Brazilian Blowout, and deep treatments from several professional lines. The salon also styles for weddings and groups, and offers extensions in six brands, with a free consultation with an extension specialist before any extension service.

The MedSpa side is staffed by estheticians and a registered nurse. Services include facials and treatments, Botox and Dysport injections, chemical peels, dermaplaning, IPL photofacials, laser hair removal, microneedling with PRP and RF microneedling, plus IPL and Adva Tx laser spot and multi-area sessions. Waxing, tinting and henna are also offered. Medical weight loss includes a semaglutide plan set by the MedSpa providers and a GLP-2 consultation; the weight loss page describes semaglutide as the active ingredient in Ozempic and Wegovy and as FDA-approved.

The salon runs Grand Academy, which includes an Associates Training Program of roughly one to two years that combines classes with assisting stylists in the salon. It also offers a 12-month Registered Apprenticeship Program for cosmetology training, which the salon says is validated by the Department of Labor and Apprenticeship Colorado. Earlier, the salon earned state registration in Colorado to provide pre-licensure cosmetology education in-house. An Associate Program is open to cosmetology school graduates preparing for licensure. The salon says its employees support local nonprofits, charities, and arts and cultural organizations.

The salon says it aims to leave every guest feeling confident and beautiful, and that its stylists pursue technical training internationally.
