Wedding parties of at least six booked together receive a light selection of goodies and beverages. Bridal booking changes must be made in writing by email at least 40 days ahead.

Color work includes balayage, ombre, and hair painting, along with highlights, retouches, glazes, and platinum bleaching that may take several sessions. The salon uses a lightener enriched with silk protein and lipids for highlighting. Hair treatments include R+Co, Oribe, K-18, and Goldwell leave-in products, and the salon sells R+Co products along with an online shop and gift cards. Hair models help train new stylists and receive discounts on popular services. Clients booked for salon services earn loyalty points that can be redeemed. Appointment reminders go out by text and email at least two days ahead. A no-show is charged the full scheduled amount, and clients more than 15 minutes late may not be served. Services are nonrefundable, but adjustments are made if a client is unhappy with the result and says so before paying.
