Appointments are booked through the salon's online booking page. Clients are asked to give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment, and no-call, no-show visits, carry a fee calculated as a share of the service price and added to the next appointment. Repeat no-call, no-shows are charged the full service amount. Salon members receive one grace appointment a year for last-minute changes, cancellations or no-shows.
