The spa is a 15,000 square foot facility for men and women, with 12 treatment rooms, two outdoor treatment spaces, two eucalyptus-infused steam rooms and two stone-heated saunas. Women's, men's and co-ed relaxation lounges are available, and hot tea, healthy snacks, robes, sandals and private lockers are provided. Treatments are blended with Willamette Valley ingredients such as fruit, herbs, flowers, hydrotherapy water and pinot noir grapes, and the resort describes the spa as award-winning. Local guests need a spa appointment to use amenities, and may use them only on the day of that treatment; pool and whirlpool access requires a local pool pass and guests must be 18 or older.

JORY Restaurant, the resort's signature restaurant, opened in 2009 and serves farm-to-table food. Its menus change with the season and highlight ingredients from the Willamette Valley. Breakfast, brunch, happy hour and dinner are served, with dinner available a la carte or as a 5- or 7-course tasting, and curated cellar wine pairings can be added. The resort describes its wine list as extensive and award-winning, with wines from around the globe.

Booking is by phone at (503) 554-2524. Walk-ins are accepted, but booking six to eight weeks ahead is encouraged for most services and massages usually book about twelve weeks out. Guests are asked to arrive 15 to 30 minutes early and to mention any skincare allergies when booking. Cancellations within 48 hours are charged 50 percent, and within 24 hours the full price is charged. A 3 percent service charge applies to most services.

The spa builds its menu from natural elements inspired by the Pacific Northwest and Oregon's surroundings, with a focus on relaxation and pampering.

The spa describes its atmosphere as friendly, set in a quiet hillside landscape of gardens and vineyards.
