First-time visitors, and clients who have not been in for over a year, are asked to book an in-person consultation before peels, facials or energy attunement. The consultation runs 20 minutes and is priced at $40, and new clients put down a $20 deposit to book it. Clients who need guidance from home can book a virtual skin guidance session on Zoom for 10 minutes or more, from $50; the client needs to be on camera and have their current products and ingredient links ready. A 30-minute shopping appointment with the owner to choose products in the store is available at no charge and does not include a consultation.

The facial menu includes intuitive facials in 45, 60, 75 and 90-minute lengths, along with a tighten, tone and lift facial, a four-layer seaweed facial, an animal energy facial, a 120-minute royal treatment facial, a back facial and a teen facial. Microcurrent can be booked on its own or with a facial, and microneedling skin therapy and skin rejuvenation peels are offered as more involved treatments. Peel layers and a vitamin A peel layer can be added to any facial, and light therapy, high frequency and body exfoliation are available as add-ons.

Booking policies ask for 24 or more hours notice to cancel, reschedule or modify an appointment; otherwise the full service is charged. New clients who cancel without 48 or more hours notice forfeit their deposit, no-shows are charged the full service, and a 20 percent fee applies on a third reschedule request made with 24 or more hours notice. Services are not refunded, and children and other guests are not permitted at appointments without pre-authorization. The Peacock room is upstairs and is not ADA accessible, so clients who need step-free access can ask for a room on the lower level.

Product pickup is available at no charge for online orders or restocking. Gift cards can be bought as physical cards or as digital cards online, and the studio also accepts Resonate Health Spa gift cards.

Skin care, massage and energy attunement are brought together, with product and treatment choices tailored to each client's needs.
