Color is the core of the menu, with gloss refreshes, base retouch with gloss, all-over color, and color transformation or correction. Color and highlight services both include a gloss and blow-dry. Highlights come as partial or full sets, each offered in a basic version with minimal foils to add dimension or a modern, lived-in version with more foils. Haircuts are available for women and men, and a haircut can be added to any color or highlight visit for an extra fee.

Two molecular repair treatments, Epres Bond Repair and K18 Molecular Repair, can be added to any color or cutting service. The salon describes Epres as working at the molecular level to rebuild the hair's internal structure.

Guests book by text or through the online booking link. Online reservations are treated as requests and are confirmed personally, and new guests are contacted to put a card on file. Prices are starting rates that can shift with hair length, density, or the extra time and product a service needs. Changes and cancellations are free more than 48 hours ahead, with partial and full charges applied to later changes, cancellations and missed appointments.

Color is shaped around each client's features, using the Goldwell color line and optional repair treatments alongside the color or cut.
