Tessa Selander serves as the salon's blonding and color specialist. Her education includes a hospitality management degree from the University of Central Florida, completed before she turned to hair as a career. Her work pairs technical color training with a high-end guest experience.

Her specialties are blonding, balayage, lived-in color and dimensional highlights, and she also cuts women's and men's hair with precision. She adjusts color to suit each client's features. She keeps training through advanced courses and has picked up techniques from highly regarded figures in the field. Appointments are detail-focused and personal, and she offers advice on caring for hair at home between visits. She works from the salon's private studio and uses the Goldwell color line.
