A visit begins with a complimentary consultation for new guest services and color services, where timing, pricing and upkeep for the planned service are estimated. Consultations are recommended before extensions, event styling, major color or cut changes, curly cuts or color, and color correction, and are required before hair extension services. Every appointment includes refreshments such as light snacks, chilled water, wine, and Kahwa coffee or espresso, brewed in a Jura machine. There is a guest lounge, and gift cards are available.
Color services include a Color Rebranding Experience, an eight-hour color transformation that begins with a consultation.
