A visit begins with a complimentary consultation, where a stylist creates a personalized plan, gives a pricing estimate and suggests services and products. Color pricing depends on the hair goals, density, length and services needed. Guests can enjoy complimentary snacks and drinks, and beverages are offered during color services and blowouts. The space is relaxed and boutique in style, and a small retail area sells hair care products, gifts, jewelry, purses and clothing. Clients can ask for a silent appointment when booking, and most guests return every six to twelve weeks.

Haircuts are mostly done with dry-cutting techniques, and the salon offers women's cuts, men's short cuts, beard trims and shampoo and blowout services. Color work covers dimensional blondes, balayage and foilyage, the Blondest of Blonde service, placement and root work, gray blending, touch-ups, fashion color and highlights. Color appointments include the salon's signature shampoo, a customized conditioning treatment and a round-brush blow-dry.
