Lyon & Wright was founded by co-owners Kaitland and Rachel, who are both master stylists with 17 years of experience. Kaitland set out to build a supportive space where stylists could grow professionally and personally, and Rachel aimed for a relaxed, approachable, high-end salon where stylists can thrive with a healthy work-life balance.

Color is the core of the menu, from all-over color and full or partial highlights to base color balayage, base plus highlights, zone highlights and touch-ups for grey coverage and balayage between full appointments. Gloss/Toner can be added to a service or booked on its own to adjust tone and add shine. Cuts include a personalized haircut with shampoo, blow dry and finish, men's cuts and haircuts for children under 7. Styling covers blowouts, everyday dry styles and event-ready finishes.

Extensions are a specialty. The salon uses Hairdreams extensions, made from 100% real human hair and bonded, along with Halo Couture products made from 100% Remy human hair, and offers hand-tied and Great Length extensions with a dedicated extension blow dry. New clients, color changes and extension plans start with a one-on-one consultation. Bridal services include bridal trials and event stylings.

The salon carries Kérastase, Shu Uemura, Goldwell Color, Halo Couture, Atlas Men's Hair Care and Hairdreams Extensions products, along with Yubi Blonde, a line for keeping blonde color looking fresh between color visits. Clients can find a stylist and book directly through the team page on the website.

The founders built the salon around supporting its stylists so they can grow, with a culture meant to empower the team and improve the client experience.
