The color menu runs from all-over color and root touchups to toner and glaze, plus highlights such as balayage, flash highlights and full highlights. Cuts include a clipper cut for men with a hot towel and aftershave, a women's cut with a shampoo and blowout, and a cut for children up to age 12. Keratin treatments, hair extensions, finishing iron work and updos are also offered.

Visits can begin with a 30-minute consultation to talk through hair goals. Color and highlight prices include a blow out, but its time is not counted in the appointment, so clients who are not booking a haircut are asked to book one as well. Questions can be sent through a contact form on the website. Hours are Tuesday and Wednesday 9 AM to 5 PM, Thursday 9 AM to 4 PM, Friday 11 AM to 7 PM and Saturday 10 AM to 6 PM, with Sunday and Monday closed.

Hair extensions are offered as tape-in and beaded weft, and a free consultation helps choose the method. For updos, the salon advises washing hair a few days before the event rather than the day of, and a trial run can be booked beforehand.
