A visit starts with a greeting at reception. Color, extension and treatment consultations are free, and a color consultation is required before fantasy color, color correction, creative color or balayage. Those specialty appointments need a deposit to hold the time, and deposits are refunded for changes made at least 72 hours ahead. Hair extensions and bridal services require a consultation and a 50% deposit, and extension pricing is set after an in-salon consultation. Bridal hair can be done at the salon or on location on request, with pricing based on a consultation. Haircuts always include a full wash, and stylists tailor cuts and styles to each client and to the current season. Listed prices are starting points; stylist pricing is tiered by level, and booking a higher-level stylist adds $5 to $20 at checkout. Gratuity is not included, and tips are accepted by card or cash.
