New clients, and anyone who has not visited in six months or more, start with a new client service and consultation. The visit takes about two and a quarter hours and includes a steam and clarifying cleanse, a moisturizing or hydrating cleanse chosen for the hair's porosity, a deep conditioning steam treatment with massage, a blow-dry, a trim if needed, and a finish of curls, waves or straight. Before a first color service, a separate color consultation is required, and consultations and color services are not booked on the same day.

The color menu covers dimensional color, which is double process work such as highlights over a base color, balayage or foil highlights, plus color correction, which begins with a consultation. Every color service includes a gloss, conditioning, styling and a trim or cut. Extension options include natural sewn-in weaves and quick-weave service, and silk presses come in three versions: Monarch, Classic, and Classic with steam conditioning. Straightening is offered through the Influance Keratin Straightening System, which the studio describes as reducing frizz, adding shine and giving long-lasting straightness.

The studio also sells salon-quality hair products, including shampoos, conditioners, emollients and styling aids, in the Rosemary, Honey Almond, Coconut Milk, Organic, Sea Moss and Rosemary Carbon lines. Returns are accepted within 14 days for an exchange or store credit, but sale items and anything opened or used cannot be returned.
