The salon says it aims to meet the changing needs of contemporary clients and describes itself as award-winning. The salon lists L'Oreal Top 10 Salon (U.S.) recognition for 2021 through 2025, Best Salon honors from HOUR Magazine across many years, a Kerastase Elite Salon designation in 2023, and Tiffany Awards won by its staff. It also lists design honors from the AIA for its Birmingham salon and its 6 Pop-Up space.

The salon offers cuts and styling, event styling, color, extensions, hair treatments and smoothing treatments. Most services are priced on a 2-4-6 scale that reflects a stylist's experience, training and how long the service takes. Women's cuts range from $76 to $96 depending on the stylist's level, men's cuts from $38 to $50, and children's cuts start at $36. These figures are starting points; sales tax and tip are extra. Mynt Beauty, which covers make-up, lashes, brows and more, also operates from the Birmingham location, with its own website and prices. Clients who would like help choosing a stylist can take a stylist match survey, which pairs them with a stylist at any location.

Online booking for cuts, color, styling and consultations is available through the website or app, and the salon says online bookings earn double reward points. Appointment changes should be made by phone rather than email or direct message. Cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice, and later cancellations are charged half the scheduled total. A credit card is kept on file for every service appointment. Card payments carry a 3% surcharge, cash is accepted, and clients are asked to arrive 10 minutes early. Service refunds are not issued. Concerns must be reported to management within five days, and the salon offers a redo at no charge within two weeks with the original stylist. Bridal parties can be arranged by emailing the salon's bridal address.

The salon's stated aim is service that adapts to how today's clients' needs change, and most pricing is tied to stylist level rather than a single flat rate.
