The salon says it was designed with clients and fellow professionals in mind, drawing on the character and community of the city.

The salon describes its goal as being rooted in education and community, with the aim that every client feels welcome and equal. Services are grouped into Hair, Hair Styling, Hair Treatments & Extensions, Facials, Brow & Lash, Makeup and Wax, so it is easy to find the right appointment.

Some visits need planning. Transformation haircuts begin with a consultation, wash, blowout and style. New clients who want K-tip extensions need a consultation first, and bridal hair updos require a trial. Bridal trials, which can be for hair or makeup, include a 15 minute consultation, and bridal makeup also starts with a consultation.

Gift cards are sold as eGift cards in amounts of $100, $150, $200, $300, or a custom value.

The salon says its approach is rooted in education and community, aiming for every client to feel welcome and equal.
