Haircut prices and appointment times are set by hair length rather than gender, so clients book according to the length of hair they have now. Clean cuts, line-ups, buzzcuts and beard trims are quick services, while longer cuts, medium and long hair cuts and big style changes take more time. Children ages 1 to 10 and seniors 65 and older on a fixed income can book the Kids and Seniors haircut.

Color work ranges from a quick semi-permanent toner to re-touches, full color, partial and full highlights, dimensional color, total blonde, vivid color and color correction. New clients booking color correction, dimensional color or total blonde are asked to book a free 15-minute consultation first and to pay a deposit. Anyone can book a consultation with any stylist to talk through a color, cut or specialty service before booking.

Cancellation rules apply: haircut appointments cancelled within 24 hours are charged the full price, and color appointments cancelled within 48 hours are charged half the service price. Clients who have trouble cancelling online can email or call during business hours. The shop is open Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM and is closed on weekends.
